Vivian and Benny’s Bellagio Las Vegas wedding was a perfect blend of meaningful cultural traditions, luxury design, heartfelt moments, and unforgettable surprises. Inspired by their love of travel and filled with vibrant Italian-inspired details, their wedding day unfolded like a dream from beginning to end.

As their wedding content creator, I had the privilege of documenting every moment. From the morning preparations and Chinese Tea Ceremony to their breathtaking reception reveal and packed dance floor celebration, every part of their day was intentional, emotional, and unforgettable.

A Bellagio Las Vegas Wedding Morning Filled With Meaningful Traditions

The day began surrounded by family and friends as Vivian and Benny got ready for one of the biggest days of their lives.

The morning was filled with thoughtful details, including their beautifully designed invitation suite which introduced guests to the vibrant Italian-inspired aesthetic that would carry throughout the celebration. Inspired by the romance of Italy, the invitations featured citrus-inspired elements that perfectly foreshadowed the colorful and joyful design waiting for guests later in the day.

After capturing details of the couple’s attire and meaningful heirlooms, Vivian and Benny changed into their traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony outfits to honor their families and heritage.

One of the most entertaining moments of the morning was watching Benny participate in the Chinese door games before being allowed to see his bride. Filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of cheering from family and friends, the games set the tone for an incredible day ahead.

The Tea Ceremony itself was intimate and emotional, allowing the couple to honor their parents and elders before celebrating with family portraits and lunch together.

Following the Tea Ceremony, we explored The Bellagio property for portraits while Vivian and Benny remained in their traditional attire.

The elegance of the resort paired beautifully with their outfits, creating timeless images that celebrated both their culture and their love story. Guests and visitors throughout the property couldn’t help but admire the couple as they made their way through one of Las Vegas’ most iconic destinations.

After changing into their wedding attire, Vivian and Benny met in a private location overlooking the famous Bellagio fountains.

Before the ceremony, they shared a heartfelt first look followed by private vows. Away from the excitement of the wedding day, they were able to fully focus on one another and soak in the significance of the moment.

As they exchanged promises and professed their love to one another, the Bellagio fountains began performing behind them at the perfect time. Together, they paused to watch part of the iconic fountain show while taking in one of the most meaningful moments of the entire day.

With the fountains dancing behind them and the Las Vegas skyline surrounding them, it felt like something straight out of a movie.

Following their first look and private vows, we captured wedding party portraits and additional couple photos throughout The Bellagio before heading toward the ceremony space.

The Reception Reveal That Left Them Speechless

One of the most unforgettable moments of the day happened before the ceremony even began.

As we made our way upstairs toward the reception ballroom, Vivian and Benny were asked to close their eyes. What they didn’t know was that Brittany and the team at Symphony Weddings had transformed the space into an incredible Italian-inspired dream.

When they finally opened their eyes, they were completely overwhelmed with emotion.

The couple stood in awe taking in every detail before immediately embracing Brittany. Tears filled their eyes as they saw their vision come to life in a way they never imagined.

It was one of those rare wedding moments where pure joy, gratitude, and disbelief all come together at once.

An Italian-Inspired Design Dream

The design was inspired by the romance of the Italian coast. Throughout the space, guests discovered vibrant fuchsia pinks, crisp whites, touches of blue, and citrus-inspired details reminiscent of an Italian summer.

Their custom seating chart featured fresh mandarins, while lush floral installations transformed the ballroom into a garden-like escape. Designed by Flora Couture, the florals brought movement, texture, and color into every corner of the space.

The invitation suite drew inspiration from lemons and Italian limoncello culture, creating a cohesive design story that carried throughout the entire wedding experience.

Every detail felt intentional, joyful, and reflective of the couple’s adventurous spirit.

A Ceremony Filled With Emotion

Conveniently located just below the reception ballroom, guests gathered for a beautiful ceremony that felt both intimate and grand.

Vivian’s bridal entrance cascading down the staircase created one of the most cinematic moments of the day. As she made her way toward Benny, emotions filled the room.

The ceremony included heartfelt moments, culminating in a picture-perfect dip kiss followed by a celebratory rose petal toss that left guests smiling from ear to ear.

Cocktail Hour Inspired By Travel & Personality

During cocktail hour, we interviewed guests and asked them to describe the ceremony in one word.

The responses perfectly captured the atmosphere of the day:

“Perfection.”

“Magical.”

“Inspiring.”

“Unique.”

Meanwhile, while the newlyweds enjoyed a few moments together and more portrait time the guests enjoyed cocktail hour.

Instead of a traditional guest book, guests selected postcards from countries around the world and left handwritten messages before placing them into a custom mailbox. The display beautifully represented Vivian and Benny’s shared love of travel and adventure.

At the bar, guests discovered custom cocktail napkins and drink stirrers featuring the couple’s beloved pet bunny, adding another personal touch that brought smiles throughout the evening.

The thoughtful details made cocktail hour feel just as immersive and memorable as the rest of the celebration.

An Unforgettable Bellagio Las Vegas Wedding Reception

As the sun began to set, we took advantage of The Bellagio’s stunning pool areas for additional portraits before returning to the celebration.

The evening continued with a lively grand entrance complete with fun props, an incredible culinary experience prepared by The Bellagio team, and a reception filled with nonstop energy.

Guests enjoyed an exquisite dinner service followed by heartfelt speeches from loved ones that had everyone laughing, reminiscing, and celebrating the newlyweds.

Rather than a traditional cake cutting, Vivian and Benny shared their first scoop of ice cream together. A playful and memorable twist that reflected their personalities perfectly.

Guests also enjoyed a custom portrait station experience where they received digital portraits as a keepsake from the evening and a unique reminder of an unforgettable celebration.

The dance floor remained packed throughout the evening as guests celebrated alongside the newlyweds.

For an extra touch of fun, guests were also treated to tarot readings, creating another unique experience that made the wedding feel entirely their own.
