The Time Saving Secrets of Wedding Planning

Planning a wedding, especially if you are doing it yourself, and you have work as well, can really consume so much time. It will really invade your free time. Because we want to live a balanced life regardless, we need to be able to work smart, and manage our time better. In this article, we will talk about all the time saving secrets!

1. Create a Separate Email

This specific email will be used for all wedding planning transactions only. Because of this, you will be able to separate your personal, professional and wedding planning transactions. It will be easier to look for important emails, and you may easily delete it after the wedding. Trust me this is one of the best time-saving-secrets ever!

2. Have a Wedding Website

Since everyone has their own smartphones already, then it is best to maximize this feature. It will help you save time, budget and it is absolutely eco-friendly. On this website, every single information about your wedding will be here. It will easily notify all your guests with all necessary information and updates.

3. Don’t be Afraid to Ask for Help

Don’t be afraid to reach out to your fiance, family and friends if you need help. Maximize your wedding party. They have duties and responsibilities to perform. I have an article or video about it if you are interested. If you have the budget, might as well hire a wedding planner, and your life will be a lot lighter.

4. Keep All Your Files in One Place

Doing this will help you save so much time in looking for important files, since everything is organized in one google drive. Every necessary document will be saved here, and plus, it can be shared to key people.

Alrighty, these are the four tips that I can share with you, based on experience, that will absolutely help you save time. I hope this helps and if it did, please feel free to read last week’s blog on wedding hacks that will save you from feeling stressed out.
