If you read any of my previous blogs or know my story you’d know I’ve been manifesting my dreams since I was a little girl without even realizing what the Law of Attraction is. If you aren’t sure what the Law of Attraction is, it’s the belief that the universe creates and provides for you that which your thoughts are focused on. I am a true believer that thoughts become things, so I want to share with you five helpful ways I practice the Law of Attraction to manifest my biggest wishes, so you can too!
1. Journal It
You’ll want to keep everything you manifest in a separate journal.
2. Choose Your Biggest Desire
In your journal jot down your biggest wants and wishes in life. Make sure to be as descriptive as possible. It is highly important you know exactly what it is you want to focus on. Remember, if this is something you want in just a few days you have to absolutely pick something you 100& agree with you can manifest in that timeframe.
When you decide on something specific to manifest, it’s vital that you know exactly why you want this specific thing in your life. And when you’re trying to manifest something in just 24 hours, you also have to pick something you believe you can manifest in a day.
Here are some questions you can ask yourself:
- How bad do I want this?
- What are the benefits of getting this?
- How will this benefit me or others?
- How will it feel to have this?
3. Remove the Negatives & Add the Positives
Anything that stands in the way of this goal remove it from your life. Eliminate that habit, cut ties off those toxic relationships, and your negative mindset/beliefs. Start investing into yourself by listening to podcasts, reading books, practice self care and hang out with people who lift you up. One of the ways I help stay grounded is through this women empowerment group I’m a part of called Iconic Wine Beauties. I swear since joining it I’ve elevated in so many ways. I highly recommend checking it out if your in need of a new girl squad lol. Okay so you removed the negatives and starting to implement the positives. Now here’s another question for you, what’s really holding you back from your dream?
4. Visualize It!
Go to a quiet place, close your eyes, and visualize all that you imagine that wish to be once it comes true. Talk to yourself in present tense as if it has already happened. Another great way of doing this is to add your 5 senses. What does it feel, look,taste, smell, and sound like?
5. Take Action
Tiny little wins and goals to get you towards that wish shows the universe you are asking for that wish. This also shows your intentions to have it comes true. So think of ways you can start working towards that goal and set a date when you’ll do it.
